I definitely think Jack would be a good man to have around in a crisis! I mean the Doctor is awesome and a sexy bitch, but I think his twisty faces might scare me even more than the monsters he was making them at. It wouldn't exactly inspire confidence, would it? Unless you took the point of view of 'oh, it's the twisty face! This always comes right before he smacks a bitch with science and snappy dialogue!'

if you didn't know the doctor, his twisty faces would be quite alarming.
and jack is better to have around in general. he can't die, so if there's a grenade around he can just jump on it. also, jack is flirty.
and not mean flirty like the doctor. jack will flirt with you and then back his shit up. and if he likes you that way, he'll tell you. he's got the broody coat and I bet he knows a ton of dirty jokes and he can hold his liquor and he's a good dancer.
whereas the doctor would probably just mock you for having a tiny brain and yell verbs at you with no explanation behind it.

You make a strong argument. But I can't get past the fact that it's the Doctor who turns my crank. Much as I love Jack, he just doesn't make me tingle.

In the Doctor's defence, I think he's far more likely to be faithful. If you could ever get past the Time Lord angst to get some action.

I wouldn't want a serious relationship with any of them. (maybe the master. but that's got a guaranteed time limit, so it's not the same.)
but if I had to pick a fling with somebody? it would be jack.

I wouldn't even try.
I'd just hit on some hot aliens and get tagged as "that miserable space slut" by angry viewers and then I'd die violently. GOOD TIMES.
